For the most part, admission requirements for this program will be similar to those for all CMU programs. Entrance to the program will require a completed high-school diploma (where an exception is made, the student must complete CMU admission requirements before any transcript is provided). Although some students enter the program after completing a year or two of college/university, the program is ideally suited as a transitional, or "gap year" program between high-school and further specialized studies at CMU or in other college/university programs. As a result, the targeted age group for this program is 18-22 years of age.
